Should swimmers not attend swimming lessons due to inclement weather, ill health or vacation, or for any other reason, the full fee is still payable and lessons are forfeited.
A registration/administration fee of R150-00 is payable when you join
A swimming costume, towel and cap are required for every lesson. Huggies little swimmers or aqua nappy must be worn if children are not yet potty-trained.
Fees are payable from Jan to Dec
THERE ARE NO LESSONS ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
Swimming fees are payable in advance by the 5th of the month. A penalty fee of R50 will be charged for late payments.
One calendar months’ notice in writing is required when you want to discontinue lessons.
For safety reasons the instructor reserves the right to cancel classes in the event of bad lightning and these lessons cannot be made up. As the pool area is enclosed there will still be lessons during cold weather.
